Shared Asset Manager uses authenticated user access and asset-based permissions to help keep information within the intended ownership group. Users access the assets and information associated with their account and membership.

Administrative functions are restricted to authorized users, while invited members receive the access appropriate to their role within the shared asset.

Access controls are enforced by the application rather than simply hiding administrative features from view.
