SMS and mobile information
Chips & Checks may send transactional SMS messages, including one-time sign-in codes, when requested by a user. Message frequency varies based on sign-in activity. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent. We do not share this information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide mobile information to service providers that help us deliver and secure the requested messages, subject to appropriate confidentiality and use restrictions.

- To vendors that provide hosting, communications, security, support, and other services on our behalf.
- To the administrator of the group or league associated with your account, as needed to provide the Services.
